Teen Cancer America
Communications Manager | March 2018 to July 2021
I managed all social media accounts for Teen Cancer America including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIN, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
I also wrote copy for all social media posts including company newsletters. During my time at TCA, some of my accomplishments included:
Increased followers on Twitter by 32% without the use of paid promotion.
Increased Instagram followers by 31% by partnering with influencers and building community using best practices.
Increased Facebook followers by 36% by promoting ads, sending invites, and partnering with influencers\fanpages to promote events.
Averaged 2351 clicks per month on social links (FB, IG, TW)
Increased social content views (video content) by 39%
Averaged 1,661 engagements per quarter
